Operations
- Monitor the performance and uptime of EV charging stations (AC & DC fast chargers).
- Assist in remote diagnostics and reporting via backend platforms.
- Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with safety and operational standards.
Maintenance
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment).
- Diagnose and repair hardware faults in chargers, control panels, and communication modules.
- Replace or service components like contactors, power modules, cables, fuses, and connectors.
Technical Support
- Coordinate with OEMs and backend support for software/hardware issues.
- Interface with mobile app support and ticketing systems for user complaints or faults.
- Maintain technical documentation and update maintenance logs regularly.
Installation Assistance (if applicable)
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new EV chargers and related infrastructure.
- Support pre-installation site surveys and electrical readiness checks.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance or EV infrastructure preferred.
- Knowledge of power systems, circuit protection, and low-voltage systems.
- Experience with tools such as multimeters, thermal cameras, and diagnostic software.
